MI4CS Process

The MI4CS process is, rightfully so, being questioned. I wish to sincerely thank Pete Konetchy and those who do articulately question this process. There have been very good cogent opinions, One of the biggest is that we don't need another organization telling the Tea Party who to vote for. Please consider that if you belong to a Tea Party and need some to tell you how to vote you are probably in the wrong club. We, who have joined and participate, OF OUR OWN FREE WILL, in MI4CS are assembling different people with different personalities to one purpose… “Taking back our country from those who would enslave us.”

 

Will we make mistakes in this process? YES, DAILY!

 

Let me give you a little strategic perspective to consider. The Democratic machine that we are up against knows that we are assembling; they also know that WE, the conservative moral majority outnumber them. They are storing up money, they are organizing their unions and when the time comes they will bus in 100’s and 100’s of students to work the streets. I saw this happen in Georgia against Chambliss.

 

Michigan is a huge stronghold for the Dems and the Unions that they have in their pockets. If they lose here it becomes a crushing defeat for not only for the Democrats but also for the public unions. They already have their candidate choice out of the way. We on the other hand have to pick one and then go to work, which is the primary reason for urgency. The current party favorite has some baggage that many in our movement feel is a deal breaker. He HAS voted affirmative on legislation that is against our constitution and has contributed to the theft of some of our freedoms. If we do nothing, we get him by default. I would rather do something and see if we can do better for our state and our country.

 

Like I have said many times, those who came before us faced a very similar test and set aside their differences to one purpose. We don’t have to leave our ideals behind to move forward together. Let’s move the MI4CS plan forward with all deliberate speed with the understanding that no matter what the outcome of this process the only person in the voting both with you, is you.
