The coming election is one that is generational, that is, it sets the direction for decades to come.  The choice is to continue the 'transformation' of America started by Barack Obama in which power centralizes and the Constitution is shredded and ignored or to move in a direction started by the Founders and supported by the Constitution and individual liberty.  The Lapeer Tea Party is attempting to bring you great speakers on a variety of issues that speak to the direction and choice we must make in November.  We bring speakers of significant interest politically but also speakers on issues such as county government, the economy, climate change, Islam, education, etc.

 

Going forward we need people to do more than attend meetings, we need people to carry a clear message of this upcoming choice. We will soon has a flyer both paper and electronic which very graphically lists the issues the current administration has and continues to present almost daily that challenge the Founders direction.  We hope that you will take advantage of this and send these to friends, family and acquaintences to educate and influence their choice in this election.  Spread your thoughts to others, particiopate in meetings and events, make others aware that this election will impact them and their children and even their grandchildren to years to come.  Freedom is at risk.  For me, I will do all that I can, how about you?
